Basic Combo - Jab-Cross-Stepthru Knee
This week we use our jab-cross to set up a step-through knee with the lead leg, followed by either an elbow or a cross, depending on spacing after executing the knee.
This basic combo is not only good practice of the inidvidual techniques and a good one to program into instincts to throw in a fight, but also a great combo to practice for balanced footwork and for closing distance and fighting “forward” while keeping balance and not becoming wild.
