Owner/Head Trainer: Khru Skip | JâoPhâw (เจ้าพ่อ)
Khru Skip created Evermore Muay Thai with the goal of sharing the purest version of Muay Thai with every person who wants to experience it and improve their life and health through its practice. Evermore continues to grow not only in purity to tradition, but also in its unique collective spirit among teammates.
Skip views the big wins in his teaching career as helping students discover that with focus and dedication, they can not only achieve continual growth, but can surpass their own goals, and even their own conceptions of what they can achieve.
Skip is a proud husband to Paige since 2023, and a proud father of two to his son Link and daughter Sage.
Coach Griffin
With over a decade and a half of experience in the art of Muay Thai, including on that resume a State ISKA Light Welterweight Championship as a competitor, Griffin brings his own special skillset to the Evermore team.
Thanks to sharp eyes, consistent attention to detail and deep-seeded passion for training, Griffin has made his ability clear to help nakmuay of all experience levels methodically improve their game, making him a favorite to train with for everyone from fighters to beginners.
Griffin grew up in Cincinnati, OH, then lived in Colorado, then Florida, where he did his fighting representing Khanomtom Muay Thai in Tampa, FL. He moved to Charlotte in 2025. In his free time outside of Muay Thai, Griffin enjoys listening to music, hanging with his dogs, and traveling to visit friends in Tampa and Colorado.
Zane “HòkNírun” Hall | หอกนิรันดร์
Evermore’s fast-rising Muay Khao: his Thai ring name translates to “Eternal Spear”.
Zane not only represents Evermore in the ring with stellar dedication and honor, but simultaneously remains generous with his time and talents at the gym, sharing his knowledge and zeal for training to help others discover the most they can of Muay Thai.
When not training, Zane is a real estate investor, big brother to 4 siblings, and appreciates sitting down to eat good food with good friends.
Jimmy Ha
Jimmy trained for several years in Greensboro NC, then relocated to Charlotte in 2024 and found a group he loves training together with at Evermore.
Jimmy has a special passion for holding pads, saying that witnessing his teammates develop and level up their techniques is one of the greatest joys in the gym, along with being surrounded by great teammates creating lots of fun memories.
When not at Evermore, Jimmy is on the road a lot, working in construction for a consulting firm. He enjoys traveling, living in the moment, and creating great memories with friends both old and new.
Ethan Doan
Ethan is another of our extremely focused competitors, commanding both a deep mind and a fighter’s heart.
The pride from his own Muay Thai growth translates directly into the way he teaches others, providing thorough instruction and care every time.
Outside of Evermore, Ethan works in technology, with a focus on digital accessibility. He believes in creating inclusive experiences for everybody, and that perspective carries into his training, where he helps build a culture of respect, adaptability, and inclusion.
Creative Strategist: Paige
Paige has developed many of the Evermore logos and graphics, lays out content and visuals, and provides design guidance for creation of much of the channel’s media, as well as acting as advisor to her husband Skip on many of the large decisions and plans for Evermore.
A Charlotte native, Paige studied psychology & English at UNC Chapel Hill. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, Muay Thai, drawing, playing with her kids Link and Sage and dog Ozzie, and live music.
Paige is left-handed — a natural southpaw. She began her journey in Muay Thai when she met her trainer and husband Skip in 2018.
