Staying Ready Between Combos
A simple, but very important concept this week - to a large extent, the habits you form during your training are the ones that will manifest during a fight.
For this reason, it's extremely important not to let yourself fall into the habit of dropping your hands and relaxing in between combos or exchanges when you're training, be it shadowboxing, padwork with a partner, or rounds on the heavy bag. Making this a priority will ensure you stay ready during fights and don't create any opportunities for opponents to land shots.
