Abs & Pushups I

A short collection of ab exercises and pushup variations to work into your Muay Thai workout and condition crucial muscle groups. We recommend these as a warmup, but you can also place them between rounds of padwork or other drills.

Strengthening your abs and chest muscles will not only aid in increasing the power and stamina with which you can throw attacks of all different varieties, but will also condition your body — building your ab muscles will make your body more protected from being damaged.
